			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Pulling out some old favorites&#8230;nothing like a warm fudgy pie to tickle the tastebuds!</p>
<p><strong>Sinful Pie</strong></p>
<p><em>1 stick butter (softened)<br />
2 eggs (blended)<br />
1/2 Cup flour<br />
Dash of salt</em><em><br />
1 tsp vanilla<br />
1 Cup chocolate chips<br />
1/2  Cup chopped pecans<br />
2 TBS of Sugar</em></p>
<p><em>1 unbaked pie shell</em></p>
<p>Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl combine butter &amp; eggs.<br />
Add vanilla, salt, sugar, and flour. Stir until well combined. Add chocolate chips<br />
and pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve warm.<br />
<strong>Warning: rich chocolate ooze to abound!<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I love fall. And with that time of year, comes the never ending line up of fall parties, hayrides, campfires, and dinner engagments. I&#8217;m quickly piling up a stack of new recipes to try, and thought I would blog the journey. Care to give me a start on some new recipes to try?</p>
<p>In the mean time, here&#8217;s a staple in my recipe box:</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong><em>Festive Cheesbeall</em></strong></p>
<p><em>8 oz. Cream Cheese<br />
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream<br />
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese<br />
1 Cup Shredded Mozzerella Cheese<br />
1 Tsp. Soy Sauce<br />
8 oz. of Rotel, drained<br />
Garlic Salt to taste<br />
Sea Salt to taste</em><br />
In microwave, soften cream cheese. Blend Sour Cream, and cheeses.<br />
Add rotel. Season with soy sauce, garics &amp; sea salts. Chill until firm.<br />
Tastes wonderful with crackers or tortilla chips.</p>
