Coming from a long line of O’Connell’s and O’Sullivans, I long ago embraced my Irish Heritage. I’ll be the first to say Irish food is grande, but within the past few years Italian food and has been strongly icorporated into my tastebuds. It’s a hard toss up between mom’s amazing Cheezy Potatos and my boyfriend’s savory Pesto dish. With all the cooks in our family, I have to keep on my toes to keep fresh recipes coming!
Besides cooking, I love hosting dinner parties with my boyfriend Josh, traveling, reading great literature, classical guitar, hiking in our state parks, and photo journalism.
