I love fall. And with that time of year, comes the never ending line up of fall parties, hayrides, campfires, and dinner engagments. I’m quickly piling up a stack of new recipes to try, and thought I would blog the journey. Care to give me a start on some new recipes to try?
In the mean time, here’s a staple in my recipe box:
Festive Cheesbeall
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup of Sour Cream
1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Cup Shredded Mozzerella Cheese
1 Tsp. Soy Sauce
8 oz. of Rotel, drained
Garlic Salt to taste
Sea Salt to taste
In microwave, soften cream cheese. Blend Sour Cream, and cheeses.
Add rotel. Season with soy sauce, garics & sea salts. Chill until firm.
Tastes wonderful with crackers or tortilla chips.
